9 months functional rhinoplasty to improve breathing caused by significantly deviated septum and nasal bone fractures after nasal injury. Cosmetic changes include nasal osteotomies to shift the nasal bones back towards midline, and dorsal hump reduction. Patient preference to maintain a hint of a dorsal hump which allows for a refined yet still masculine appearance.
