Dr. Walter Tatch | Medical Director
Dr. Walter Tatch is a board-certified Maxillofacial Surgeon and has been in private practice for over 12 years. He is a graduate of the University of California at San Fransisco and the University of Illinois in Chicago. Dr. Tatch is a Fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a member of numerous professional organizations, including cosmetic medical societies.
Dr. Tatch has extensive training and experience in both non-surgical and surgical facial cosmetic procedures, as well as laser treatments. With many hours of continuing education and utilizing cutting-edge technology, his goal is to achieve the most ideal results for patients.
Dr. Kurren Gill | Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Kurren S. Gill joins the NorthShore MedSpa Aesthetics & Star Facial Plastic Surgery team as our premier fellowship-trained Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. He grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, outside of Washington, DC, and attended the University of Virginia, where he earned his degree in Neuroscience with distinction.
Dr. Gill aims to provide his patients with exceptional, natural, long-lasting results based on the most advanced research and innovative techniques. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.

Nicole joins our practice with an impressive 11-year track record in the field of facial aesthetics and advanced skin care instruction. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, with a particular specialization in treating acne across all age groups, honed during her five-year tenure in dermatology. Nicole prides herself on being a multi-faceted Esthetician, excelling in the art of laser treatments, facials, and comprehensive skin health management.

Nicole (Niki) Talacha, MSN, RN, is a highly skilled nurse injector with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through regenerative medicine and advanced aesthetic treatments. With an undergraduate background in biology and psychology and a Master’s in Nursing, Niki blends scientific expertise with an artistic eye to deliver results that are both subtle and transformative.
Before specializing in aesthetics, Niki built a strong foundation in patient care through years of experience in ICU and CVICU, where she honed her precision, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
