Dr. Walter Tatch is a board certified Maxillofacial Surgeon and has been in private practice for over 12 years. He is a graduate of University of California at San Fransisco and University of Illinois in Chicago. Dr Tatch is a Fellow of American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as a Fellow of American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a member of numerous professional organizations including cosmetic medical societies.
Dr. Tatch has extensive training and experience in both non-surgical and surgical facial cosmetic procedures as well as laser treatments. With many hours of continuing education and utilizing cutting edge technology, his goal is to achieve the most ideal results for patients.

Dr. Kurren S. Gill | Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Kurren S. Gill joins the NorthShore MedSpa Aesthetics team as our premier fellowship-trained Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. He grew up in Fairfax, Virginia outside of Washington, DC and attended the University of Virginia where he earned his degree in Neuroscience with distinction. He then attended Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA where he earned his MD degree and graduated in the top of his class with induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honor society. During medical school, he dedicated a year to pursue clinical research at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA where he was prolific in publishing research. He went on to complete his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he co-authored numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts, oral and poster presentations, and presented at annual American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) meetings. After finishing his Head & Neck Surgery training, Dr. Gill was accepted into a highly competitive fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, which is ranked No. 1 hospital in Illinois and Chicago, and No. 9 in the country on “America’s Best Hospitals” 2022-2023 Honor Roll by U.S. News & World Report.
While at Northwestern, he received extensive training and experience with advanced facial plastic surgery techniques, including deep plane facelift and necklift, rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, brow lift, hairline lowering, eyelid surgery, and skin cancer reconstruction (Mohs surgery). He also mastered advanced non-surgical injectable, chemical peel and laser resurfacing techniques.
Dr. Gill aims to provide his patients with exceptional, natural, long lasting results based on the most advanced research and innovative techniques. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
Allie Leafblad | Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Specialist
As a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist, Allie enjoys every aspect of the beauty industry. She received her licensure from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture and went on to study at the National Laser Institute where she earned her collagen induction therapy (CIT) and laser modality certification. Her focus on clinical skincare treatments that fuel fast, long-lasting results is what keeps her guests coming back for more. She specializes in skin rejuvenation treatments such as clinical custom peels, Hydrafacial MD and microneedling.
Allie is committed to furthering her education in order to provide the most innovative and effective skincare treatments in the industry. She is very detail oriented and highly focused on excellence in every aspect of her guests experience. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, with a particular specialization in treating acne across all age groups, honed during her five-year tenure in dermatology. Nicole prides herself on being a multi-faceted Esthetician, excelling in the art of laser treatments, facials, and comprehensive skin health management.
